Guided Fishing Safaris ~

Starting from $660 per boat per day, a full-day guided fishing safari provides a mix of both bluewater and estuary fishing opportunities. Target Barramundi, Saratoga, Queenfish, Mangrove Jack, Trevally, Tuna, and Fingermark, all while exploring sections of the Jardine River, Muttee Heads, and Possession Island. All tackle and equipment is supplied (on a replace-if-lost basis), however you are more than welcome to bring your own ‘old faithful’ as well.

Where possible, catch-and-release is promoted to ensure the long-term sustainability of the local fishing industry – catch enough for a feed and save the rest for another day.

Self-Guided fishing ~

For those interested in self-guided fishing experiences, 14ft and 17ft hire boats can be arranged for your convenience. All hire boats are equipped with safety equipment and feature depth sounders and marine radios. Esky's are also provided, along with ice, and a tank of fuel.

All boats are surveyed for smooth or partially smooth waters from Peak Point, to the southern bank of the Jardine River mouth.

A current boat licence is required for operation and a refundable deposit will be taken prior to commencement of hire in case of damage.
